RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Conditions for Returning a Product
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Your item must have all original tags attached

  • You must provide your name and order number with your returned item

  • Do not send your return to the manufacturer

Return Timeframe

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same or an alternative item, email us at info@bellwetherclothing.com.au

  • Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, and undamaged.
  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping items back to us.
  • Use a carrier that provides tracking and insurance, as Bellwether is not responsible for items that do not reach our facility.
  • We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For approved exchanges, we will cover the cost of sending the replacement product to you.

REFUNDS

Refunds apply to full-priced items only and do not include discounted items or items purchased as part of a promotion.Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Partial Refunds
Partial Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
