Founded in 1973, Bellwether was born out of the Southern California cycling scene with one goal in mind: to create apparel that meets the real demands of cyclists. Our name, Bellwether, meaning "one who leads or sets the trend," reflects our commitment to pushing boundaries and staying ahead of the curve in design and innovation.
