Web Order Refunds and Exchanges
Bellwether accepts returns for exchange or refund on items purchased from the Bellwether web store, provided the following conditions are met:
Returns for Refund:

New and Unused Merchandise: Items in new and unused condition, with original tags attached, can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, excluding sale items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the item's cost, minus shipping and handling fees.

Sale Items: Sale items are eligible for return or exchange; however, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Sale items cannot be refunded but are eligible for store credit. Store credit codes will be issued equal to the purchase price of the returned item.
Note: Return authorization numbers (RA#s) are not required for consumer returns.
Exchanges:
For a different item, color, or size, please place a new order and return the unwanted item by following the refund process above.
Defective and Incorrect Items:
If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us at info@bellwetherclothing.com.au before returning the item.
Shipping Instructions for Returns:
- Use a carrier that offers tracking and insurance, as Bellwether is not responsible for items that do not reach our facility.
- We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Once received, returns will be processed within 48 hours and completed within four business days. We will send an email confirmation when your return is finalized. Please allow an additional 3-6 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
